We consist of a network of qualified mental health providers who have been selected for outstanding educational credentials, experience in the field, exceptional client care principles, high integrity, and experience in particular fields of specialty.

Our various practitioners have proficiency in faith transitions, minority concerns, marriage counseling, couples counseling, family therapy, PTSD and trauma related conditions (including EMDR therapy), generalized anxiety and social anxiety, gender dysphoria, gender and transgender specialized care, depression, suicide prevention, bi-polar disorder, borderline personality disorder, adolescents and children, play therapy, sand tray therapy, anger management, grief and loss, and much more.

Our facility and our counselors are an ally to the LGBTQ+ community and we provide supportive and affirming counseling for individuals of all orientations, identities, races, ethnicities, etc.

We specialize in working with gender non-conforming/transgender clients, including those who are non-binary, gender questioning and/or exploring, and any and all identities along the spectrum.

Our gender therapists are trained in the WPATH (World Professional Association for Transgender Health) standards of care and engage in continual training via the LGBT Affirmative Therapists Guild of Utah and WPATH.

We are licensed by the Department of Human Services as a state and court approved domestic violence and substance abuse provider, offering domestic violence assessments, domestic violence counseling, substance abuse assessments, and substance abuse counseling. 

We believe in helping our clients live authentically and by their own truth. Our team members are effective in identifying the underlying causes of your concerns and moving forward with a productive results-oriented resolution along with supportive empathy. Our counselors are trained in the area of suicide prevention and assessment and have a deeply vested interest in helping anyone who has ever experienced suicidal ideation and many of the pains and burdens that come with that.  

Our staff is professional and open minded and will not steer you down any rigid "conventional" path, or with any pre-determined societal or religious boundaries. We are respectful of your uniqueness and we are dedicated to helping you with your progression in a way that fits your unique personality, values and expectations.
